ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph is intended only for those consumers wishing to order products from ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph and the TERMS and CONDITIONS offered for sale on this website are outlined below.
By placing an order on the website, you accept and agree to be bound by these TERMS and CONDITIONS. ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph reserves the right to change these TERMS and CONDITIONS at any time without prior notice. D. TERMS OF USE

D.1. PERSONAL INFORMATION, DATA PROTECTION, AND SECURITY

By placing your order, you agree and understand that ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph will process and use the data collected from your order form. The same data will be treated in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy and we will not disclose your name, email address, or other personal information to third parties without your consent.

D.2. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an Order, you must be 18 years of age or over upon registration or creation of the account, and with a valid contact number and email address.
Only the provided Order Form on the website will be accepted and ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph may or may not accept your order at our discretion or may reduce the number of products we accept to deliver to you. You will be notified of order confirmation via the registered e-mail and/or phone.
Orders submitted by you and confirmed by us are binding and cannot be canceled after the order has been processed and shipped.

D.3. SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Subject to these TERMS and CONDITIONS, ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph will supply you with the products indicated on your order confirmation.
All prices are in Philippine Currency and published on this website at the time you submit your order. The prices published on the website are exclusive of shipping/delivery costs and will be calculated separately as applicable and specified on the order form and added to the total price of the order.
If, by mistake, we have underpriced a product, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event we cancel your order, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that product in accordance with our return and refund policy.

D.4. PRODUCT CONDITION DESCRIPTION

Our team have carefully picked and inspected the items for quality, authenticity & relevant condition grade to provide you the best shopping experience.

New: An item in its original, unopened and unused state, with no signs of wear, tear, or damage. Item should be in the same condition as it was when it was first manufactured, with all its original components, packaging, and labeling.

Good: The item is in a pristine, like-new condition. May be missing the original packaging or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may have some limited signs of wear.

Used: The item was previously used and shows wear from consistent use, but it is fully operational and functions as intended. The item may show some limited signs of wear with small scratches, dents etc.

D.5. PAYING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS

Applicable methods of payment may be displayed at the website checkout.
Products will be released to the buyer once the payment thru Payment Gateways (GCash, PesoPay, GrabPay etc), has been authorized and received by us.
Order processing is considered incomplete if we have not received the payment or the payment was not authorized. We will inform you accordingly and we reserve the right to verify the identity of the account holder by requesting additional documentation.

D.6. DISCOUNT CODES

A single-use promotional discount code may be applied for specified purchases made through this website and the conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
However, these TERMS and CONDITIONS relate to all ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph promotions, competitions, and discount codes, unless otherwise stated.

D.7. DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph delivers the products to the delivery address you have specified in the order form and in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen. Should there be multiple addresses for the delivery of the products, you will need to submit a separate order form for each. The delivery and/or shipment dates provided are best estimates and we will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given.

D.8. EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our TERMS and CONDITIONS must be read in conjunction with our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

All items sold by ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph are final. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the condition of the product is different from the description provided on the website.
Items that are not valid for return, exchange, or refund are the following but are not limited to skin care products and fragrances.
You should notify us via email on the same day you received the item, and provide your order number and detailed photos of the broken item and packaging to launch an investigation with the courier service. Failure to provide this information within 24 hours of receiving your items forfeits your right to a refund.

D.9. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

By submitting any comments or material to us, you agree that we may, at any time, copy, modify, distribute, or create a derivative work from the material in any manner that we shall determine. We are, and shall be, under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the service or any related website. These TERMS and CONDITIONS set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the products, the performance of telephone support, and warranty services as applicable.
In particular, the company will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.

ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph will not be liable under the contract for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind to whatever extent arising and whether caused by tort, including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise.

F. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL

ICONSOLUTIONDOTPH and/or www.iconsolution.ph will make every effort to perform their obligations under the contract. However, it cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
